Nicki Minaj ft. Eminem – Roman’s Revenge

31 Oct

Nicki Minaj said in an interview that out of all the tracks from her upcoming Pink Friday album, this one was the most fun to record. She also made it clear that this does not really feature Eminem – it features Em’s alter-ego Slim Shady. As you probably know by now, Nicki’s got a few alter egos herself. So here it is – Roman Zolanski and Slim Shady. Pre-order Nicki’s album here. The alter egos of Eminem and Nicki Minaj collaborating? Do I even need to say it? This is crazy.

Written and Directed by Paul Rojanathara and Davis Johnson, the film is a Polaroid snapshot of New York influential creatives (advertising, design, fashion and entertainment) who are shaping today’s pop culture.

Kid Cudi – Scott Mescudi vs. The World (ft. Cee-Lo Green)

30 Oct

Here’s the Kid Cudi/Cee-Lo collabo from Cudder’s upcoming Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr.Rager, out November 9th. His entire sophomore album, has leaked online (You can download it here). I’ve been hearing a lot of things, both positive and negative swirling around.Cudi’s got a strong fan base that supports him no matter what, but there also seems to be a group that is still waiting around for another A Kid Named Cudi.

Personally, I like most of what Cudi has released. A Kid Named Cudi is an instant classic, but I still listen to  tracks from Man On The Moon all the time. I think people should try to realize that Cudi is a young artist that has faced struggles with fame, popularity, drugs, and his fair share of personal issues. Give him some time to experiment and develop. If nothing else, he deserves some credit for wanting to be creative instead of just manufacturing hits. That’s what an artist does, right? Right. KID CUDI is a boss. Love. Love. Love. Listen to “Scott Mescudi vs. The World” below. (and don’t forget to RAGE.)

Since the site is new, your city may not be included yet… but this probably won’t be the case for long!
